In the morning arrive at Delhi from your respective destination. Have after breakfast and proceed for full day sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Visit places in Old Delhi such as Raj Ghat (Mahatma Gandhi’s Memorial), the Jama Masjid (The Universal Mosque, Red Fort, and Chandhi Chowk (Silver Street) . At Afternoon, have lunch and begin city tour of New Delhi which includes the Qutab Minar, Emperor Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, the Houses of Parliament and the Presidential Palace (Rashtrapati Bhawan). Stay overnight at hotel in Delhi.
Next morning, post breakfast, drive to Delhi airport to board flight for Varanasi. On arrival in Varanasi check-in to hotel. Visit places such as Tibetan Temple, Archaeological Buddhist Remains of Sarnath, Dhamekh Stupa, Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, Burmies Buddhist Temple, etc. At evening attend Aarti and Pooja ceremony on the river Ganges. Have dinner and stay overnight in Varanasi.
After breakfast, drive towards Bodh Gaya. Check-in to hotel in Bodh Gaya. Visit places in Bodh Gaya such as Buddhagyan Ashram, Mahabodhi Temple, Metta Buddharam Temple, Daijokyo Buddhist Temple, Bodhi Tree, Tibetan Temple, etc. Return to hotel for traditional delicious dinner and overnight stay.
Next morning, post breakfast head towards Patna city and enroute visit cities such as Rajgir and Nalanda. Rajgir is the place where Gautama Buddha meditated and preached, and this is where first Buddhist Council was held. Nalanda is known for its unique archaeological Complex and Museum. On arrival at Patna, check in to the hotel, have dinner and stay overnight at Patna.
After breakfast, visit places in Patna and Vaishali such as Buddha Smriti Park, Patliputra Karuna stupa, Myanmar Buddhist Vihara, Asoka Pillar, Bawan Pokhar Temple, Vaishali Museum, Kundalpur, etc. As day falls head towards Kushinagar. Have dinner and stay overnight at Kushinagar.
After breakfast start Kushinagar sightseeing. Visit places such as Parinirvana Stupa, Matha Kuar Shrine, Ramabhar Stupa, Matha Kunwar Mandir, Japanese Temple, etc. Have dinner and stay overnight at Kushinagar.
Next morning start driving towards Lumbini, Nepal which is at a distance of 4 hours. On reaching Lumbini, transfer to hotel, freshen up and start exploring the town. Visit places such as Maya Devi temple, Bodhi tree, Mayadevi Pond, Asoka Pillar, world peace pagoda, Royal Thai Buddhist monastery, etc. Return to hotel in Lumbini for dinner and overnight stay.
In morning head towards Balrampur enroute Kapilvastu and Sravasti. Visit temples in Kapilvastu and Buddhist destinations in Sravasti such as Great shravasti center, Ananda Bodhi tree, Sri Lankan Buddhist temple, Daen Mahamongkol Temple, Angulimala Stupa, etc. By evening reach Balrampur, have dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
In morning, post breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of Balrampur. Visit Bijlipur temple and Korean temple. Later on head for Lucknow. On reaching Lucknow, check-in to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Post breakfast, start Lucknow sightseeing. Visit places such as Buddha Vihar Shanti Upvan, Buddha Vihar temple, Gautam Buddha Park, Chaturvedi Ashram, Chakra Tirth Temple, Koneshwar Temple, Budheshwar Mahadev Temple, etc. By evening, return to hotel, pack your luggage and drive to Airport. Take a flight from Lucknow to Delhi.”
